1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Amazon Mastery program, training materials, coaching services, or community (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "you," or "your") and Cordovez Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Aaron Cordovez.
2. PROGRAM OFFERING
2.1 Amazon Mastery Program ($3,800)
The Amazon Mastery Program includes:
Complete Amazon FBA training program (117 modules across four phases)
Twice-weekly group coaching calls (Mondays and Fridays)
Access to the private Amazon Mastery Discord community
Sales review and feedback support
Direct access to Aaron Cordovez and coaching team
Lifetime access to course materials and future updates
Ongoing support through the coaching team hierarchy
2.2 Program Structure
The program consists of:
Phase 1: Foundation and setup
Phase 2: Product research and sourcing
Phase 3: Launch and optimization
Phase 4: Scaling and growth
2.3 Program Completion
"Program completion" means you have:
Completed all 117 training modules
Attended coaching calls as required
Implemented the strategies taught in the program
Met all performance benchmarks established by your coach
Actively participated in the Discord community as required
2.4 Additional Capital Requirements
IMPORTANT: In addition to the $3,800 program fee, you will need approximately $10,000-$12,000 in working capitalto successfully launch and operate your Amazon FBA business. This working capital covers:
Inventory purchases
Amazon seller fees
Shipping and logistics costs
Product photography and listing optimization
Advertising and marketing expenses
Software tools and subscriptions
You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate working capital before starting the program. The $3,800 program fee does NOT include business operating capital.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Pricing and Payment
All programs require single, full payment at time of purchase
Payment must be made via approved payment methods provided by us
Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
All sales are final upon completion of payment
3.2 No Payment Plans
We do not offer payment plans, installment options, or deferred payment arrangements.
3.3 Failed Payments or Chargebacks
Any chargeback initiated after accessing course materials will result in:
Immediate termination of account access with no refund
Legal action may be pursued to recover costs, including but not limited to legal fees and the full program price
Permanent ban from all current and future Amazon Mastery programs and services
4. COACHING GUARANTEE
4.1 Guarantee Terms
If you meet ALL of the following requirements and still do not feel confident launching your Amazon FBA business:
Complete all 117 training modules in full
Attend coaching calls as scheduled (minimum attendance requirements apply)
Implement the strategies taught in each phase
Actively participate in the Discord community
Submit required assignments and action plans
Implement feedback provided by coaches
Then we will continue coaching you at no additional cost for up to one (1) year from your program start date.
4.2 Continued Coaching Includes
Continued access to twice-weekly coaching calls
Ongoing strategy reviews and feedback
Community access and support
Access to new training materials as released
4.3 Guarantee Limitations
This guarantee does NOT include a cash refund
This guarantee does NOT cover your required working capital ($10K-$12K)
Guarantee is void if you fail to meet any of the requirements listed in Section 4.1
Continued coaching is limited to one (1) year maximum from program start date
We reserve the right to determine if requirements have been reasonably met
5. IMPORTANT BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
5.1 This is a Training Program, Not a Business Investment
Amazon Mastery is an educational training program that teaches you how to build and operate an Amazon FBA business. It is NOT:
A done-for-you business service
A passive income opportunity
An investment vehicle
A guarantee of business success
YOU are responsible for: Building your business, sourcing products, managing inventory, handling customer service, and all other aspects of running your Amazon FBA business.
5.2 Business Risk Acknowledgment
Building an Amazon FBA business involves significant financial risk, including but not limited to:
Loss of invested capital in inventory
Amazon account suspension or termination
Product recalls or liability issues
Changes to Amazon's policies or fee structure
Market competition and saturation
Economic downturns affecting consumer spending
Supplier issues or inventory problems
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
5.3 Capital Requirements
You understand and acknowledge that:
The $3,800 program fee is for training only
You will need additional working capital of approximately $10,000-$12,000
This capital is used for inventory, fees, and business operations
There is risk of partial or total loss of your invested capital
We are not responsible for any capital losses you may experience
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have adequate funding
5.4 Amazon Platform Dependency
You acknowledge that:
Your business will operate on Amazon's platform
Amazon can change policies, fees, or terms at any time
Amazon can suspend or terminate seller accounts at their discretion
We cannot control Amazon's decisions or policies
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 Ownership
All course materials, training content, frameworks, methodologies, recorded sessions, community content, and related intellectual property (collectively, "Content") are owned exclusively by Cordovez Academy and Aaron Cordovez.
6.2 Limited License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal education and business development.
6.3 Restrictions on Use
You may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any Content
Share, distribute, or transmit Content to any third party
Sell, license, or commercialize any Content or frameworks
Create derivative works based on our Content
Teach, coach, or train others using our methodologies without written consent
Use Content to create competing courses, programs, or training materials
Record any coaching sessions (group or 1-on-1) without prior written permission from Aaron Cordovez
6.4 Recording Policy
All coaching sessions are strictly confidential:
Recording of any kind is PROHIBITED without prior written permission
To request permission to record, contact [email protected]
If permission is granted, recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared
Unauthorized recording may result in immediate termination without refund
7. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND SECURITY
7.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You may not share your account credentials with any other person
You may not allow others to access the Services using your account
Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility
7.2 One Account Per Student
Each student is permitted one (1) account only
Creating multiple accounts is prohibited
Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or reassigned
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
8.1 Content Sharing
Sharing any course materials, recordings, frameworks, or Content with anyone outside the program
Posting Content on public forums, social media, or any external platforms
Distributing Content via email, messaging apps, file-sharing services, or any other means
8.2 Account Sharing
Sharing login credentials with others
Allowing others to access your account
Creating group accounts or shared access arrangements
8.3 Intellectual Property Violations
Recording coaching sessions without written permission from Aaron Cordovez
Screenshotting, copying, or duplicating course materials
Reverse engineering our frameworks or methodologies
Teaching, selling, or licensing our methodologies to others
Creating competing courses or training programs using our Content
8.4 Community Violations
Harassment, threats, abuse, or discriminatory language toward members or staff
Spam or unsolicited promotional content
Soliciting community members for personal business, MLM opportunities, or competing offers
Sharing personal information of other members without consent
Impersonating staff, Aaron Cordovez, or other students
Disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment
8.5 Fraudulent Activity
Providing false information during application or enrollment
Misrepresenting your qualifications, experience, or credentials
Initiating chargebacks after accessing course Content
Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
8.6 Business Competition
Using our Content for commercial purposes without written consent
Operating a competing Amazon FBA training or coaching business while enrolled
Recruiting our students or community members for competing programs
8.7 Illegal or Unethical Business Practices
Using our training to engage in illegal activities on Amazon
Violating Amazon's Terms of Service or Seller Policies
Engaging in review manipulation or other prohibited practices
Making unauthorized income claims on behalf of Amazon Mastery or Cordovez Academy
8.8 Legal Violations
Using the Services for any illegal purposes
Violating FTC guidelines when discussing your results publicly
Making false or misleading statements about the program or your results
9. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
9.1 Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without refund if:
You violate any provision of these Terms
You engage in prohibited conduct (Section 8)
You initiate a chargeback after accessing Content
You share confidential or proprietary information
You engage in fraudulent activity
Your behavior disrupts the community or learning environment
We determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued participation is detrimental to the program
9.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to all Services will be immediately revoked
You will lose access to course materials, community, and coaching
No refund will be provided
You must immediately cease all use of our Content and intellectual property
You must delete or destroy any copies of Content in your possession
Outstanding payment obligations remain due and payable
9.3 Your Right to Cancel
You may voluntarily discontinue your participation at any time, but no refund will be provided except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
10.1 No Guarantee of Results
WHILE WE PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY TRAINING AND SUPPORT, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING:
Specific income levels or earnings from your Amazon business
Profitability of your Amazon FBA business
Success in finding profitable products
Amazon account approval or maintenance
Speed of business growth or success
Return on your investment (program fee or working capital)
Timeline for achieving results
10.2 Individual Results Vary
Your results will depend on numerous factors including but not limited to:
Your effort, dedication, and consistency
Your prior business experience and skills
Your ability to implement what you learn
Your available working capital
Market conditions and competition
Product selection and sourcing decisions
Your advertising and marketing effectiveness
Amazon's policies and fee structure
Economic factors beyond our control
Supplier reliability and inventory management
10.3 Earnings and Income Disclaimer
RESULTS ARE NOT TYPICAL. The testimonials and success stories shared in our marketing materials represent exceptional outcomes and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
MOST BUSINESSES FAIL. Building a successful Amazon FBA business is difficult and most people who attempt it do not achieve significant income. Your success depends entirely on your own efforts, decisions, and execution.
NO INCOME CLAIMS: We make no representations or guarantees about the income you may earn. Any income examples provided are illustrative only and should not be considered as average earnings or guarantees.

10.4 "As Is" Service
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.5 Amazon Policy Changes
We are not responsible for:
Changes to Amazon's Terms of Service or Seller Policies
Amazon account suspensions or terminations
Changes to Amazon's fee structure
Changes to Amazon's algorithm or search ranking
Any other decisions made by Amazon.com, Inc.
10.6 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORDOVEZ ACADEMY, AARON CORDOVEZ, AND THEIR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
Your business decisions or actions taken based on the training
Loss of invested capital in your Amazon business
Amazon account issues or policy violations
Product selection or sourcing decisions
Any conduct or content of any third party
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or data
Any other matter relating to the Services
10.7 Maximum Liability Cap
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES ($3,800).
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cordovez Academy, Aaron Cordovez, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your violation of these Terms
Your use of the Services
Your operation of an Amazon FBA business
Your violation of Amazon's Terms of Service or Seller Policies
Product liability claims related to products you sell
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your prohibited conduct
Any content you submit or share
Any business decisions you make based on the training
12. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
12.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12.2 Communication Consent
By enrolling, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, or other methods regarding:
Program updates and announcements
Coaching session reminders
Community notifications
Marketing communications (you may opt-out of marketing emails)
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Jurisdiction and Venue
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
13.3 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Clearwater, Florida. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND US INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
13.5 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes before they escalate.
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cordovez Academy regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
14.2 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.4 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
14.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
14.6 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, technical failures, or changes to Amazon's platform or policies.
14.7 Survival
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Dispute Resolution).
14.8 Independent Contractor Relationship
You acknowledge that you are building your own independent business and are not an employee, partner, or agent of Cordovez Academy or Aaron Cordovez.

You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort and circumstances
You understand that you will need approximately $10,000-$12,000 in working capital beyond the $3,800 program fee
You understand the risks involved in starting an Amazon FBA business
You understand this is a training program, not a done-for-you business service
You accept full responsibility for your business decisions and outcomes
